    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns.

    3.    Refund Process

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    •    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    4.    Exclusions

    •    Sale items and final-sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
